Hours of Gilligan
One of the TV networks is having a Gilligan's Island marathon. It finally donned on me that they never once insinuated any type of sex or romantic encounters even though there were three single men, two single women and a married couple all living in close proximity and constantly interrelating . If this show were made today, it's almost guaranteed sex would be at least a sub-theme, if not the main plot of the show.

Another weird observation is that the three single men were the only characters who's clothes never changed... and yet they usually looked clean and freshly ironed.
