Yesterday we were walking the dogs, talking, and concentrating on all kinds of things. We were in an area where no flowers or vibrant colors should be. But for a very brief second I was distracted and noticed some colors hiding back in the thick bushes and overgrown weeds. I took a moment and stepped back there and shot several cellphone images for reference.... later to be my model for creating this scene. It was worth tredging through the weeds to capture and enjoy the overlooked beauty.
