"Knowing that our old selves were crucified with Christ, we must remember that sin lost its controlling power in our lives! This means we no longer are slaves to sin since when we died with Christ we were set free from it's natural hold over us. And because we died with Christ, we know we will also live with Him. We are confidently sure of this because Christ was boldly raised from the dead, and He will never die again. Death has no type of power over Him in any capacity!"

Both Good Friday and Easter Sunday are a great time to put things in proper spiritual perspective.

- In those wee hours of the morning; in those quiet, private times spent with the Lord; in those times of prayer and faithfully studying His word; that was when the Alpha & Omega Suite came to it's composer. This didn't happen instantaneously, but slowly and consistently over the course of nine years, beginning in 2000 and going through 2008. Accuracy to God's Word was more important than finishing the Suite quickly, which is a process that flies in contrast with the way things are normally done in our throw-away, media-centered culture. But, when dealing with the concept of God, it's important that our proclamation is based upon what He has revealed of Himself and not on the imaginations of fallen humanity.
