Even though I post many things on Tumblr, I have to be honest and recognize that Tumblr is a haven for flawed thinking; alternative opinionated rantings; and minds which have joyfully followed Darth Vader to the darkside.
When I describe Tumblr to those who are not familiar with it I sadly joke that it's an alternative to Facebook... where kids (and adults too) can go and post all kinds of things they don't want their folks to see, and if those parents were to see it, they might keel over dead on the spot!
(If you're one of the few who aren't posting crap, give yourself a pat on the back!)

- In those wee hours of the morning; in those quiet, private times spent with the Lord; in those times of prayer and faithfully studying His word; that was when the Alpha & Omega Suite came to it's composer. This didn't happen instantaneously, but slowly and consistently over the course of nine years, beginning in 2000 and going through 2008. Accuracy to God's Word was more important than finishing the Suite quickly, which is a process that flies in contrast with the way things are normally done in our throw-away, media-centered culture. But, when dealing with the concept of God, it's important that our proclamation is based upon what He has revealed of Himself and not on the imaginations of fallen humanity.
