Bullets and bombs do an effective job of destroying both property and lives in times of war. But in times of peace, it is the weapons of words and psychological aggression where most of the long-term harm takes place. And paradoxically, it is those citizens who stand little chance of serving on a battlefield who are the most proficient at using verbal warfare.
