Sometimes we're penalized for doing the right thing.
Occasionally it's advantageous to go against the grain.
Case in point...
The storm disaster hit weeks ago. We have tried to go along with the insurance company's requests to set-up appointments to see the adjusters and agents. It's taking forever!
We have noticed some people aren't adhering to appointments. They're just walking in. They're also getting better service... in and out the door.
We were taught that cheaters never win. I'm not so sure. Maybe not in the long run eternally, but in certain other respects... perhaps.
