Good and Bad Science

One negative side effect of good science is that it tends to persuade us to forget there's been so much bad science over the millenniums.

We must not overlook the harm which has come from bad science in the same way we don't usually overlook the harm which has resulted from bad religion.

We live in an age when the politically correct viewpoint is to assume all science is good and all religion is bad. The smart perspective is to pick them both apart and separate the wheat from the chaff.
